Was just reading the earlier comments. I have been to court a few times and have experienced some of the dirty looks the last post refer to. They act as if we are doing something wrong, when morally and legally Chris is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt! Christian is treated like he has to prove his innocence – which goes against our justice system. I’ve also seen some posts on Twitter from the has-been “rockstars”! They act like Vinny was a great guy, when the truth is that nobody could do enough for Vinny, he was selfish and abusive to so many people, most of his friends and family were not even talking to him before he died and the only thing we really know for sure is that Vinny was the lowest form of a rat.
The murder of another human being is horrid– but this witch hunt against Chris is undeserving and so wrong. Chris has helped so many people in his life, including Vinny, and it seems the people demanding his conviction are doing so for their own self-serving reasons – to promote themselves and to profit. You couldn’t have said it better!
This is why we have a jury system. Thankfully the jurors are taking the fate of another man’s life seriously. My wife and I pray that they send Chris home to his family where he belongs.
